On campus, back-to-back interviews for round 1. If accepted for Round 2 interviews, you were invited to attend a banquet a few days before Round 2 interviews. Here we were able to network with current employees and our peers. Round 2 interviews took place at headquarters in Menomonee Falls, WI. Round 2 interviews comprised of a tour of headquarters and then 3 back-to-back interviews. The interviewers were very relatable and friendly. They really sold the company to me and made me really want to work at Kohl's.
