Applied on 10/29 and received a prompt via SMS and e-mail to schedule a phone interview. The one interview I had, with the store manager, was pleasant and enlightening; the enthusiasm she had for both her store and myself as a prospective hire showed through in spades. Received a job offer and information regarding my background check via e-mail and SMS the following day, and an invitation to schedule my Orientation the day after that.
