Very Easy Interview – Overall Negative Experience – No – Tue, 29 Sep 2020

Was reached out to on Indeed and applied directly their site through the recruiter's link. Scheduled the phone interview and it was all downhill from there. Didn't receive the call for 15 minutes after scheduled time. Called the store and the girl answered the phone with a bad attitude. Waited on hold for 5 minutes before the manager answered and said she had scheduled two people for the same time and was about to call me. She jumped straight into the "interview" from there.
The entire conversation lasted FOUR MINUTES. She asked me about myself, what customer service meant to me, and my availability. She never mentioned the position or any detail about the job or company in general. Instead she said there were three open positions (cashier, cleaner, and online order filler) and which I would rather have. I was very confused because it had nothing to do with the Beauty Adviser Lead position. Then it was over.
The entire time she sounded completely uninterested and rushed like she just wanted me off the phone since the minute she said hi. I could tell that the position had been filled or something before she asked me the first question.
Overall it was a horrible experience and I told my mom to close her Kohl's card.
