I walked into Kohl's and they directed me to associates break room. I waited for about 5 minutes for the manager, and she welcomed me in her office for the interview. It was very laid back and easy, some of the questions were geared to know how to deal with customers and also to describe a little bit about your personality. She handed me a sheet concerning availability and notified that I were to receive an email saying whether I get the job or not.
