Applied online, and I received an email to schedule my interview online the next day. The interview was about ten days later. I met one on one with the manager, and he just asked simple questions about my experience and how I would handle certain situations. There were a couple of scenario type questions regarding how I have handled customer service issues in the past. He offered me the job on the spot, and I received the offer via email a week later. There were some consent forms to sign in this email, and once I submitted them I received another email stating the background check and drug test would be sent soon. The email stated that after these results were received I would get the final email with my orientation date. Everything went smoothly even if it was a lengthy process.
