First round of interviewing, Kohl's came to my college campus for a one-on-one interview. A few days later, I found out I made it to the final round. For the final round, Kohl's booked hotel/travel accommodations for all candidates and took us out to dinner the night before the interview. The interview itself had 3 one-on-one interviews (20 minutes each) followed by a group interview (30 minutes). Additionally, we got to tour the corporate campus and learn more about the opportunities at Kohl's.
