Very Easy Interview – Overall Neutral Experience – No – Wed, 25 Oct 2017

Interviewed Oct 2,017 in Royal Palm Beach, FL (took 7 days)
I showed up 10 minutes early to the interview (5 was recommended); as other reviews have said, you're not told prior that it's a group interview, but I figured from reading the said reviews and one other girl showed up. A woman introduced herself to us (a manager I assume); she was super nice and showed us to the back and brought us into a conference room. All she asked was for us to fill out sheets with our available hours, asked both of us if we had retail/customer service experience, and told us that we'd be notified of our orientation the same way we were chosen for interviews - by e-mail. This lead me to believe we'd both gotten the job, but me and the other interviewee talked and exchanged numbers, and apparently she'd gotten her orientation e-mail 20 minutes after leaving, so I'm assuming I didn't get chosen. The only reason I don't have an opinion on the interview is because it felt more like a formality than a real interview; at my previous job it was similar, so I don't feel like either experience gave me any prep for career interviews for the future, but maybe I'm being biased - if I get the job, it'll probably be said it was blissfully easy and become a positive in my books, haha.

Interview Questions
Was not asked anything; apparently questions weren't really asked once you already had retail experience or customer service experience in general, so the interview was more of a formality.
