Simple, got a job offer right then and there. If you have customer service experience don't sweat it. The questions are simple ones you would expect, what are your strengths and weaknesses, just always name one for each and always say you are working on your weaknesses to improve them. Don't be nervous, it's not that serious they're very relaxed and caring at Kohls.
