I applied for a seasonal position back in October 2015, and was part of the first batch of seasonal that were hired! It was a standard group interview with about 7-10 other individuals. The Store Manager was the one who interviewed us, and ask us about why we wanted to work there, what we can offer to Kohl's, and if we had any questions for them.
I received a call for an interview about a week after submitting my application. Came in for the interview about five days later. After the interview, they would call us over the weekend to let us know if we were hired or not. Three days later, I received a call from Kohl's and was offered the job. Came in for orientation and training three days later, and started working on the floor after that.
