I applied for a full time position externally from a Temp position, as per company policy. After submitting my application (even after the temp agency told me not to), I had a brief phone interview with HR. After the phone interview, I met with an HR rep and discussed the position further. After that, my third interview took several hours. During the third interview, I met with 4 managers for the open writing positions. Each manager discussed their team and asked me similar questions. Following that interview, I met with HR again and was offered a position on one of the Item Production teams.
