I applied online and received an email the next day to schedule an interview. Apparently this was supposed to be a group interview, but I happened to be the only one that picked this specific date and time. They had me wait in the break room until someone came out to ask me to the back. The gentle man asked about my experience and why I wanted to work for kohls, as well as my availability. For seasonal positions you must be available for weekends. He offered me a position then and said I would receive an email within 24 hours to begin the next step of the process.
