I applied online, and within a week I had an invitation email to confirm time at a Kohl's location. I picked my date, arrived, and met with the store manager. She told me to expect another email after expressing interest in me. I waited a little less than a week before the confirmation email was sent to me. I am expecting an orientation email as well, which should be arriving this week.
