I applied online and a few hours later was invited to select an interview date (The process is done almost entirely online). I met with one of the managers, interview was really easy and laid back. She was a sweetheart. We went over my experience and she explained a few things about the position. I was told she was gonna confer with the rest of the management team and would hear back via email with an offer. I got the offer a few days later and scheduled my orientation a few dats after that, all of this online.
